(USA) Corp, through its internet
division GlobaLink-Host, provides Domain Name registration and Web
hosting services to numerous clients. We have a responsibility to
protect each and every client and to provide the best services
available. The following policies and guidelines were established to
ensure these crucial obligations are met.
For
purposes of these policies and Agreements, the corporate name
"GlobaLink (USA) Corp" and the commercial name "GlobaLink-Host"
may be used interchangeably, and both refer to the same legal
entity, GlobaLink (USA) Corp, as do the terms "we" and
"us".
These Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimers are intended for all
domains registered through GlobaLink (USA) Corp or residing on GlobaLink (USA) Corp servers, and/or on server
space made available by GlobaLink (USA) Corp, including regular
hosting clients, resellers, and their clients.
Please
read and understand these policies, as they were created to protect
the best interests of all our clients and of the Internet community
as a whole. Serious violations of these policies can be ground for
immediate account cancellation, at our sole discretion.
