Recurring Billing
We do not send out invoices except in case of yearly plans. All credit cards are billed automatically on a monthly or quarterly basis. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient credit available to cover the transaction they signed up for. In the event that a charge is declined, as a courtesy we will send the client an email notification, at which point we will need to be provided with another credit card within 24 hours. Should we not receive a response within 24 hours, or should the charge be declined for a second time, the account (and any sub-accounts, if any) will be deactivated.

Accounts that have been deactivated for non-payment will be reactivated only upon a $ 25.00 reactivation fee.

Money Back Guarantee
Should a client decide to cancel his/her account within 30 days of setup, GlobaLink (USA) will refund his/her hosting fees in full. Unconditionally.

Fees paid for Registration and/or Transfer of Domain Names are NOT refundable.

Refunds
We do not pro-rate monthly hosting fees. Should a client decide to cancel his/her account after 30 days of setup, only prepaid full monthly fees existing on the account will be refunded.

Fees for yearly plans, if any, are not refundable. (30-day money back guarantee still applies). As of this writing, no plans fall in this category.

From time to time, we may offer discounts on prepayment of monthly fees. Should a client take advantage of such discounts and then decide to cancel his/her account prior to the expiration of the selected term, the refund will be net of the reversal of the applicable discount for the elapsed months.
